Since I don’t have a lot pictures for these visits to Tokyo, I figured I would put them in a blog post together.
My husband and I celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary in Roppongi, Tokyo. We stayed at our favorite hotel – the ANA InterContinental, so that we could be near the best brunch spot – Bubby’s. Their cold pressed juices and bloody mary’s are great after a night on the town. If you are a mojito lover then make sure to stop by the Mint Leaf Mojito Bar & Cafe in Roppongi. They have a huge list of every mojito flavor you can imagine, and their fresh prosciutto will not disappoint either.
Legato Bar in Shibuya is a must for me whenever I’m in the area. It’s located on the 15th floor and has an epic view of the city. It’s also one of the prettiest bars I’ve been to, and I absolutely love the atmosphere.
Akihabara is mostly known for being the biggest electronics district in Tokyo, and is also known as Akihabara Electric Town (or Akihabara Denki Gai). It’s a dream spot for those interested in anime or manga, and is also a popular spot for Maid Cafes (a.k.a. cosplay hostess bars).
It might be random, but I had to add in the picture of the wasabi-flavored Kit Kats I found. I’m not a Kit Kat fan by any means, but I am a wasabi fan – and these Kit Kats are amazing! Definitely try one out if you have the chance while in Japan.
